Fabletics April 2014 Review

Check out my other April Fabletics review here!

Fabletics, a collaboration between Kate Hudson and the people at JustFab work to bring stylish and affordable workout clothes to your door each month.  This is a subscription program, at the first of the month you have 10 days to choose your outfit (from $50-$80) or skip.  If you don’t do either, they will charge you the $50 and you have a credit in your account.

For April, I chose Column:

The first look is never too exciting.  Since I chose my outfit, I knew what I was receiving.  Fabletics ships via Fed Ex Smartpost and usually takes 6 days to get to me.  Each piece is packaged individually and I’ve never had a problem with the way my order has arrived.

I really needed a new sports bra, so that’s one of the reasons I chose this outfit.  Plus, I liked that the shirt was yellow (which it isn’t).   But, the shirt is very similar to the colors from my February Fabletics order, so I can wear this shirt with those shorts.

The tank is nice and lightweight and fits true to size.  I like that it’s not straight, it flares out a little bit on the bottom so it sits nicely on my hips.  There are areas of the shirt that I thought were going to be more of a mesh, but those areas are a lighter weight fabric and not see through at all.

I really wanted to try a Fabletics sports bra.  I’ve read mixed reviews and I needed another bra so I figured I should try theirs.  I like the fit and the quality is good, but I wish it were a little thicker.  According to Fabletics, this is a medium support bra, and with the wide straps and racer back, it will work well for me.  But, for anyone with a larger chest, this wouldn’t be enough for running.

I really like these pants.  I love that the trim is gray so I can mix these up with other pants I own.  The detail on the bottom of the legs is nice and I like the larger waistband.  These are shorter than other capris I have from Fabletics, which is great since I’m 5’3″.

I like the weight of these pants, they are lighter than the other pants I’ve gotten from Fabletics.  They will be great for Spring.  There’s a different fabric on the sides of the pants, similar to the shirt.  It’s the same color, but it’s even lighter weight than the main body of the capris.

This was another great outfit from Fabletics.  Some day I will get brave and post pictures of myself wearing them.  So far, I’ve loved everything from them, my only complaint is that the shirt they called Ultra Lemon, I say is Lime Green.  But, I still love the shirt and the  color (even if it’s not yellow), so I won’t be returning it.
